Estheticians Are In Great Demand

“Employment of skincare specialists is projected to grow 40 percent from 2012 to 2022, much faster than the average for all occupations.

The increase in employment reflects demand for new services being offered, such as minisessions (quick facials at a lower cost) and mobile facials (making house calls). In addition, the desire among women and a growing number of men to reduce the effects of aging and to lead a healthier lifestyle through better grooming, including skin treatments for relaxation and well-being, should result in employment growth”. -Bureau of Labor Statistics

This is a time of revolutionarty changes in what we know about the skin and the ways we care for it. Keeping the skin healthy and youthful looking for decades is no longer just a fantasy. As an esthetician, you are part of an exciting, rewarding, and well-respected profession that will only grow in importance and earning power in the years ahead. If you can dream of your ideal career, it is here waiting for you.

Curriculum

Aesthetics Northwest Institute, Inc. was founded in 1986 out of the need for a training program which would be taught independently from the cosmetology and beauty schools. This allowed the Institute to develop a much more extensive, comprehensive and sophisticated curriculum than any other school in the region.

A career in Esthetics and/or Nail Technology-Manicuring no longer means attending a cosmetology school or beauty school. Instead, it means being a part of the network of sophisticated and respected professionals. Qualified Estheticians and Nail Technicians-Manicurist can count on a solid income complemented by the satisfaction of a profession that empowers their clients to feel more confident and secure in all facets of their life. Specialization opportunities within the profession offer countless career options for qualified individuals.

Students who attend Aesthetics Northwest Institute, Inc. will find small classes limited to only 6 to 8 students per class, which allows for much more one on one and hands on with their instructors (other schools may have 20 students per class). This enables the student to interact more directly with their instructors and receive dedicated personalized attention that is just not available from other schools in the region. This gives every student the opportunity to interact more directly with their instructors. As this is a new career  for most students we feel it necessary that the individual needs of each student are addressed in order to prepare you to become successful in your future and in life.

At Aesthetics Northwest, every student’s experience is unique. You’ll be able to spend time focusing on areas that interest you most.
